Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Economy shipping is $4.90, with free shipping on orders of $30 or more. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, with an estimated transit time of 5–8 business days once shipped. Tracking information is provided when your order is on its way.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your package has been accepted by the carrier.

PatchRoots currently ships within the United States.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or transferred to the carrier.
