The PatchRoots Sleep Patch is an easy-to-use wellness patch designed to fit naturally into your nighttime routine. Each patch contains 3 mg of melatonin along with valerian root, passion flower, hops, and magnesium citrate.
How do I use the Sleep Patch?
Apply one patch to clean, dry skin before bed. Press firmly to make sure the patch is fully adhered, wear overnight, and remove in the morning.
Where should I apply the patch?
Apply the patch to a clean, dry, relatively hair-free area of skin where it can remain comfortably in place overnight. Avoid applying to irritated, damaged, or broken skin.
How long should I wear the patch?
The Sleep Patch is designed to be worn overnight and removed in the morning.
Can I reuse a patch?
No. Each patch is designed for a single use.
How many patches come in a pouch?
Each pouch contains 15 Sleep Patches.

What's in the Sleep Patch?
Each patch contains 3 mg of melatonin along with valerian root, passion flower, hops, and magnesium citrate.

How does the patch work?
Our patches use a multi-layer matrix design that holds the formulation against the skin and helps regulate gradual ingredient delivery throughout the wear period. Body warmth helps activate the patch after application.

Why does the patch smell like lavender?
Our Sleep Patch is lightly scented with lavender essential oils. Lavender is part of the sensory experience of the patch and is not one of the five active ingredients in the Sleep Patch formulation.
Where are PatchRoots patches made?
Our Sleep Patches are manufactured in the United Kingdom in a GMP-certified manufacturing environment within an ISO 9001 certified quality management system.
How should I store my patches?
Keep your patches sealed in their original packaging and store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
How much does shipping cost?
Economy shipping is $4.90, with free shipping on orders of $30 or more. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, with an estimated transit time of 5–8 business days once shipped. Tracking information is provided when your order is on its way.
Can I return my order?
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Because our patches are personal wellness products, opened products cannot be returned.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If something isn't right with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item and packaging when applicable, and we'll work with you to make it right.
